Beneath the microscope

I got myself a kid's microscope for Christmas and here are some of the bugs in my garden taken through it- starring a variety of mosquitoes, of course. The creatures here were all mosquito size, or in most cases, much smaller.
		this one was after my wine- unforgivable

Looks like Aedes aegypti, the yellow fever mosquito, to me, known locally as the 'striped mosquito'.
